For the Base:

8 small whole wheat or corn tortillas (warmed)

Prep the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and lime juice. Let marinate for 10 minutes (or longer if time allows). -
Cook the Chicken:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned. -
Prepare the Toppings:
While the chicken cooks, chop your vegetables and prepare your toppings (mash avocado, slice lime, etc.). -
Warm the Tortillas:
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side or microwave them wrapped in a damp paper towel for about 20 seconds. -
Assemble the Tacos:
Place the cooked chicken onto each tortilla. Top with cabbage, tomatoes, onion, avocado, Greek yogurt, and cilantro. -

Squeeze a bit of lime juice over each taco before serving for extra flavor!
